Sunny Ledger (“we,” “us,” “our”)
What we collect
Website forms: name, email, company, message, and the services you’re interested in.
Assessment responses and files you choose to upload.
Client work: access you grant us to QuickBooks Online (QBO) as Accountant user and any documents you share (via QBO’s Requests/Shared documents or a private Google Drive folder).
How we use information
To respond to inquiries, deliver services, provide quotes, send onboarding/checklists, and improve our site.
To help you stay funder-compliant (e.g., review allocations and documentation).
Legal bases/authority
Your consent (e.g., newsletter/assessment).
Contract (to provide services you request).
Legitimate interests (site security, service improvement).
Sharing
Service providers only as needed to operate our business: Intuit/QuickBooks Online, Systeme.io (site/forms), Google Workspace/Drive (file storage if used). We don’t sell personal information.
Data security & custody
We use account protections (two-step verification where available) and least-privilege access.
You keep custody of your original documents; we keep only working copies as needed and then archive/delete per our retention policy. Sensitive files should be shared through QBO’s portal or a private, invite-only Drive folder—not email attachments.
Retention
Inquiry data: typically 12–24 months.
Client records: for the engagement and as required by law/standards, then archived/deleted.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, deletion, or to opt out of non-essential emails.
Region-specific rights (e.g., GDPR/CCPA) will be honored where applicable.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 16.
